We were asked by a corporate clients global office to arrange a conference for 120 of their world leaders in Miami, Florida. They wanted everything to be taken care of for 120 people, such as hotels, dining, conference rooms, AV Services, Team Building, a Gala Dinner and of course concierge services for all 120 corporate leaders and options for each for entertainment on their time off.
We our relationships in the luxury hotel industry we were able to negotiate incredible hotel rates in one of Miami’s 5 star hotels. We booked all conference and ballrooms and took over most of the hotel. We have luxury gift basket delivered to every room and arranged very unique dining experiences on the roof with views and a luxury boat dinner with view of Miami. We organized all conference rooms and liaised with the organizers to make sure different speakers were assigned to different rooms, so that we would have the right AV requirements. We flew over one of the worlds top team building gurus from Asia, who created one of the best team building programs the company had ever experienced. The Gala Dinner was another major event for the company and we wanted this event to surprise and excite. We redesigned the colors in the room to match the company and had our crew come in to redesign the entire room, organized elaborate flower arrangements and an incredible menu, as well as our AV specialists to arrange stunning staging, TV and lighting. In the end it looked like a wonderland and as a surprise we ordered the company’s logo in a gobo light, (ordered two months beforehand), and had their logos in lights on the building with a red carpet as they arrived and one outside where the drinks reception was under the palm trees. For two months previously we contacted all 120 corporate leaders and looked after their every need to prepare for their travel and arrange entertainment for their time off in Miami. We have now been contracted to work with them again this year, both for the US and European Headquarters.
